How to get by alone.
Step one - See it as something that wont last. even though it hurts, it wont be permanent. You will find people who will stay by your side - So be gentle on yourself and recognize that it is only temporary.
Step two - learn to enjoy the company of you! Think of it as time to reflect on your life. Really think about what you want and your goals. Find things you can do on your own, new hobbies, ext. Try something new, finally do the things you've been putting off.
Step three : Spend time with animals, they are loyal, always there and not judgmental. They'll never hurt your feelings, and are good company.
